  1. It's true, having a bright, white smile really does contribute to having self confidence. My wedding is coming up, and the last thing I want is having yellow teeth. I didn't know that drinking water and milk could help with avoiding yellow teeth. It makes sense, if you are drinking water, you aren't going to be drinking as much soda, which can damage teeth.
